Harvest & Winemaking Process:
The summer of 2020 was dry and mild, perfect for ripening and phytosanitary conditions of the berries. The Syrah was harvested in mid-September.
Grapes were selected and harvested by hand at the vineyard in Porreres. Traditional winemaking methods were used with no added bacteria or yeasts, only spontaneous fermentation respecting the rules stipulated by Demeter International.
Tasting Profile:
Visual:Tile red with violet tones. Very high intensity. Wide robe
Nose:Ripe red fruit aromas are perceived on the nose. Liquorice, typical of theSyrah variety.
Tasting phase:In the mouth it has a good balance between alcohol and acidity, a full-bodied and structured wine. It is silky, round, with a good passage and a pleasant finish.
Service: 15 - 17 ᵒ
Food pairing: Game meats and poultry. Also pasta and rice dishes.
